Our Origin Story
Earl’s Plumbing & Air began nearly 40 years ago with Earl’s father, David Haralson. Earl trained under his father before earning a degree from Texas Tech University and studying at Asbury Seminary. Returning to Lubbock with 20 years of plumbing experience, Earl earned his Master’s license in 2004, aiming to build a family business grounded in integrity, quality, and respect.
With support from his wife, Crissy, who managed the books and later sales and marketing, Earl launched the business. Crissy’s sister and brother-in-law, Niki and Chuck Hall, joined soon after, with Chuck now serving as Vice President.
Committed to community involvement, Earl’s Plumbing & Air donates materials and services and supports local organizations. From our beginnings in a home office to a respected Texas company with locations in Lubbock, Frisco, Abilene, and San Angelo, our success is built on loyal customers and our core values.
