Earl’s Home Warranty does not cover homes over 6,000 square feet at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This plan is designed to help cover the cost of unexpected home repairs on covered systems and appliances. This plan will NOT cover all the costs of repairs on covered systems and appliances.

Therefore, prior to the start of coverage, Earl’s will perform a covered item review, at no cost to you, to verify the condition of covered items and ensure they are working properly.
If you had a recent home inspection, a copy of your inspection may be requested before the start of coverage. Earl’s Home Warranty does not cover any pre-existing issues.
Direct Homeowner purchases will require a covered items review.
Real estate transactions will require home inspection with any needed repairs completed to any items that Earl’s Home Warranty will cover.
