“We had a mishap that involved a puncture of an attic gas line. Originally we called another company. Apparently their technician was paid on commission. To say the least, his estimate was ridiculously high and we just did not trust him.  So I called Earl’s Plumbing. I spoke with Becky and she was amazing. She worked diligently to get a technician to assess the situation. Unfortunately her technicians were not available at the time. So Brant, I’m assuming he is the owner, called me and said he, himself, would drop what he was doing and go.  This type of customer service and professionalism is very rare these days.  I cannot say enough regarding our experience with Earl’s Plumbing and will definitely use them every time their services would be needed.”
