When booking the appointment, I spoke at length to the gentleman on the phone about our situation and options. He was very knowledgeable. Justin came out to assess the issue with our water heater. He was very polite, professional and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. We talked about all of our options and he was never pushy to up sell. After weighing our options we decided to replace our water heater which was installed by Jason and Cooper who were also very professional and took the time to communicate about the job. For the most part, all plumbers have access to the same products so what sets them apart is the service and workmanship that they provide. It was a great experience with Earl’s Plumbing and would contact them again for our plumbing needs.”
