My downstairs neighbor hired Earl’s to inspect a water leak, and they found that the problem was my A/C condensation line draining into our condo wall. Not only did the guy take the time to explain what was happening to my confused liberal arts major self, but he did the same to the A/C guy. And when the A/C guy got defensive and combative, he endured the abuse and calmly explained how the A/C guy was incorrect and what I should do about it. “I’m typically very hesitant to call any plumbing company to inquire about services, but when I reached out to Earl’s Plumbing, the experience was extremely positive from the start. I spoke to Brant (I believe he is a manager) who was very knowledgeable, honest and was willing to have someone come out within just a couple of hours of me calling to look into the issue at my home. A few minutes before the plumber arrived, I received a text with information on the name of the plumber (with his picture) and a little info on his experience. That was a very cool touch. TJ was the plumber assigned for the job, and he was AWESOME! He was very outgoing, personable and knowledgeable. “We had two different plumbing companies separately work on the tub (no water running) and sink (water won’t drain) issues. Each plumbing company charged us $$$ and did not fix the issue. We called a third company; T.J. assured us they would figure out and resolve the issue. “I called the company after 4:30 pm on Friday,7-22. I explained to Cooper that I had been without water for 5 days because of a leak in the wall which required the water to be shut off. Three different plumbers had previously come to my house to address the repair but no such luck. Cooper was very understanding and stated that he would send someone today. In less than 30 minutes, Jason & Aaron arrived at my home. They showed me the problem, repaired the leak, made sure the water was on, cleaned up and were on their way. Besides being knowledgeable and professional, this company is also honest and fair in pricing. “The guys were very honest and looked out for my best interest. I had a leak in my pipe to my outside hose faucet. Another company quoted me over $5000 to fix the leak through some complicated unnecessary process digging under my foundation. Earl’s crew found a solution for me to cap the line which was not even offered by the other company. Needless to say it cost $315. This is the 4th time I have used Earl’s plumbing and they never disappoint. The only reason I called the other company was because Earl’s was closed and I was desperate. “Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earl’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!”
